Binghatti Vintage is a modern residential tower by developer Binghatti, located in the Majan community. The complex comprises three basement levels, a ground level, a mezzanine, four podium levels, thirty-six residential floors, a technical floor, and a rooftop. The project offers studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. The exterior reflects Binghatti’s signature aesthetic: the façade features a distinctive design with accent lighting and clean geometric lines that create a dynamic silhouette. Light elements emphasize the scale of the tower and produce a striking visual rhythm. Interiors are designed in warm, calming tones using stone, glass, and bronze details. Natural materials and textures create a sense of comfort, harmony, and spaciousness within the living spaces. The amenities include swimming pools, relaxation areas, a gym, padel and basketball courts, green spaces, a jogging track, walking paths, yoga zones, an open-air cinema, and children’s playgrounds. The tower enjoys a convenient location with quick access to key Dubai areas via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Dubai–Al Ain Road. Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall, as well as DXB Airport, are just a twenty-minute drive away, while Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are only ten minutes away.
