Binghatti Circle is a project by the developer Binghatti, located in Jumeirah Village Circle. The tower features two basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, 58 residential floors, three technical levels, and three floors dedicated to infrastructure, topped with a roof level. It is considered the tallest residential tower in JVC. The collection includes studios and 1–3-bedroom apartments. The façade of Binghatti Circle showcases a contemporary architectural style with a focus on panoramic views. Interiors are designed with modern elements that emphasize comfort and spaciousness. The living spaces are filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and are carefully planned to ensure everyday convenience.
