Laguna Tower is a multifunctional complex that includes a five-star Movenpick Hotels hotel and blocks of residential residences. The project was realized by the developer IFA Hotels & Resorts. The high-rise building has 40 floors and two-level underground parking. The building has 296 residential units: studios, apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and penthouses of various layouts. The building offers views of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Western Lakes Almas neighborhood.
