About
Canterbury Waterfront is a coastal residential project of GFS Developments, located in the Al Zorah area and focused on the resort format of living by the sea. The project is a residential building with three basement levels, a ground level, eight residential floors and a roof. The building provides apartments in various formats, including studios, one-bedroom residences, study options, and two-bedroom layouts. The architecture is designed in a modern style with clean facade lines and panoramic glazing, emphasizing the visual connection of the building with the coast. The interiors feature functional layouts, spacious living areas, and are decorated in a light, neutral palette. The project offers a wide range of resort amenities: landscaped gardens, outdoor recreation areas, a fitness room and wellness center, an infinity pool, walking paths, a children's play area and an outdoor cinema. The location provides quick access to key locations: to Sharjah — 6-8 minutes, to Dubai (DXB) — 20-25 minutes via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, to Umm Al–Quwain — 35-40 minutes, to Ras Al Khaimah — 45-55 minutes, to the border with Abu Dhabi — about an hour.
