EMAAR "The Cove 2"

The Cove 2 is the second phase of the project by Emaar, located on the waterfront of the Dubai Canal in Dubai Creek Harbour. The community includes 4–11 buildings, some with unique architectural concepts. Towers 4, 6, and 9 feature two basement levels, a ground floor, and 7–22 residential floors. Towers 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11, positioned closer to the water, have two open basement tiers with duplex apartments, a ground floor, and 7–8 residential floors. The collection offers 1–3 bedroom apartments, 3–4 bedroom duplexes, 3–4 bedroom penthouses, and 3-bedroom townhouses. The architecture of The Cove 2 blends with the surroundings. Buildings showcase a modern style, while townhouses, slightly elevated above the pedestrian promenade, provide more privacy.
