BEYOND BY OMNIYAT "Kanyon"

Kanyon is a project in the heart of the Forest District in Dubai Maritime City. The architectural composition comprises a ground floor, 3 podium levels, and 45 residential floors, forming an elegant vertical structure of 411 residences. Architects MAD, desertINK, and DWP created the project's distinctive silhouette. The building's exterior features a fluid, flowing architecture with a double-layered façade—an internal insulated wall combined with a structure of bronze aluminum slats, while a vertical green ribbon rises from the podium to the summit. The project features contemporary 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments designed for those seeking harmony between nature, architecture, and vibrant light. Each apartment opens onto expansive terraces, creating a continuous dialogue with the sea, city, and future forest. The interiors are filled with light and decorated in natural tones, where wood, stone, and glass create a space of soft luxury. Kanyon residents have access to a wide range of amenities: a triple-height lobby, an infinity pool, spa facilities, a modern gym, relaxation pavilions, a business lounge, children's play areas, and tranquil green spaces with private spaces.
