Citrine Residences is a project by the developer Eagle Hills in the Maryam Island district on Sharjah Island. It is a residential complex consisting of a ground floor, two podium levels, and 10 floors of residential space with 123 apartments, including five luxurious townhouses and a variety of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. All apartments are equipped with private balconies and dedicated parking spaces. The architecture of the building is executed in a contemporary interpretation of the traditional regional style and harmoniously fits into the urban planning concept of Maryam Island. The facade is distinguished by its simplicity and is designed in a beige-brown palette using facade tiles. The interiors combine a modern sophisticated design with the warmth of natural materials. The Al Khan district can be reached in just a few minutes, Expo Centre Sharjah in 4 minutes, Dubai International Airport in 15 minutes, and Burj Khalifa in 20 minutes.
